Return and Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with Calvoriq. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at hello.calvoriq@proton.me and we will review the best resolution available.

Order cancellations
If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can only guarantee changes before an order enters processing.

Returns
Return requests must be approved by our support team before any item is sent back. Because some items are fulfilled by partner facilities, the correct return address may vary by product and order. Do not send a return without written approval from Calvoriq.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number plus clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the case and arrange a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution where eligible.

Non-returnable situations
We may refuse returns or refunds for items that show signs of use, items returned without approval, or requests made outside the applicable review window, except where required by law.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once processed, your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
